DP. I am in MoCo and never worried. I'd rather it go to NoVa and maybe get a side effect of some smaller real-estate price hike, if even. MoCo(and MD) is rich enough, for the most part. Plust traffic would be a nightmare. NoVa already has insane traffic that can't compare to MD at all. I avoid going to NoVa at all cost.
But, a real question, is it official yet? I don't see anything saying it is official? If so, VA better take away whatever it promised Bezos as he is literary robbing them.
