I vote for fat dumb and lazy. There should have been an outcry 10 years ago but instead the GOP consolidated its grip on idiots and here we are today.

No, it won't.. "I could shoot someone on 5th ave and not lose support", or today, "I could cozy up to Putin after our own IC have stated that they meddled in our election and not lose support".
