if having it all means not having a baby when I don’t want to, plus having a job to support the baby I DO want ... yes, I want to have it all. At a minimum I do not want the government telling me I can’t.

I'm the pp, and my mom would have said she would have preferred to have me AND go back to her job after maternity leave.
But then, there was no maternity leave and she chose me (the baby) and regretted the loss of a good paying job for quite a while. She wanted both and you could not have both back then, especially if you were blue collar. My dad was a good guy who thankfully made enough for us to live on, but we didn't exactly get to go on many vacations or have a house with more than one bathroom.
Mom also had a friend pre Roe v. Wade who killed herself rather than have a baby as an "unwed mother."
Talk to some older women in their 80s+ out there. Once they get to know you, they'll tell you want it was like to be a woman in the old days.

Once a child is here, the child is here. There's no going back. But a woman who has a zygote in her should have a choice whether to gestate that zygote into a child.

This. I am pro life in the sense that I have and do support women who carry and give for adoption, and support people who adopt themselves etc. I think there is a lot of beauty in that choice.

I hope to the dear Lord that you are not my physician. If you don't see the difference between MIs, HTN, trauma, COPD, etc etc, and pregnancy -- which, I apparently need to remind this good doctor -- is about bringing new life into the world, then you need to go back to undergrad and retake biology. Or, perhaps you slept through your medical ethics courses. (Oh, and in your last sentence, it's "affect them," not "effect them." You're welcome.)
Physician back; that's good that your experience with pregnancy is joyful. I'm glad to hear it. My pregnancy was also a delight. That's not the experience of many of the girls and women I care for. Yes, girls too. Their stories, experiences, backgrounds and readiness for motherhood are all over the map, and each and every one of these special girls and women has made a choice that makes sense for them. As a provider, my job is to support, inform, and assist in their decision-making. Not make their decision. And it's damn sure not your place to either.
As an aside, I don't need to thank you for correcting an erroneous grammar mistake in the middle of this deeply important debate about our lives and rights. It also makes your attempt to lecture me about ethics mildly hilarious.
