Obviously, I mean that’s the only reason I spend time with my family outside of my home.
I guess but unfortunately for those kids it didn't really look like that close of a relationship if you know what I mean.
Not a huge Wilson fan here but dude, if you judged me on how my kid and I interacted in public, I’d be hosed. Yesterday she sneezed in my mouth then jammed a potato chip in my nose and wiped her boogers on my shoulder. I mean, she’s a toddler but still.![]()
Ha! Lovely! I get it, I really do. We've all been there! But these are elementary school kids so a different story. They're nice kids but you could tell from the way Wilson was interacting with them that this wasn't his normal thing. Anyway, I guess we'll have to lump it. This, too, shall pass. Hopefully it will pass quickly and he won't cause too much damage!
Come on, now. His kids could have been nervous or anxious because it was a big day for their dad. You clearly don’t like the mayor elect, but leave his family out of it. That’s not kind.
Reading comprehension, please! The dad was the problem. The kids were fine. Looked like normal kids. Their dad obviously doesn't interact with them much and most of the time was looking at them like they were aliens. Poor kids.

I’m in West Alexandria and she by far has the most signs out in my hood. Also, she was at my polling station today. So we apparently love her out in this neck of the woods!
I certainly don’t mind a council candidate actually showing up in my neighborhood. We don’t get that much out here.![]()
I grew up and live on the west end too, so I get it. But Del Pepper stands for very little and will do close to nothing to move this city ahead. We need young/fresh blood in this city.

Wow, you need help and perspective....if you know what I mean. Take a look at how gracious Mayor Silberberg has been and learn something from that.

I really, really hope so! I haven't looked at the latest numbers but the margin for the lead in this case is so slim that it doesn't seem like there is consensus. I haven't heard any names being bounced around, though. We really do need an alternative.
Thanks final is Wilson 53, Silberberg 47. That's not a landslide but it's not that slim a margin either.
Oops autocorrect. The final, not thanks final.
I think it really depends on what else gets released for the foia request after the Potomac Yards contract award is done. If there is damning stuff in there, it could throw things into flux. If it’s just more inconclusive info (ie more vague emails back and forth from this Spring rather than concrete stuff from 2017) I don’t think there is much chance a viable third party candidate will happen.

You did it to yourself, Alexandria.
