And, be sure that they are entering with good intentions. Which means we screen those who choose to come to our country. Which means WE select those who enter, not the other way around.
This bears repeating as well.

No. We give them a court date and then they disappear.

Jesus walked into the Temple and overturned the money changers tables. Your guilt trip will not work.

Jesus would be walking with those caravan people right up to the border if he were alive today.

What makes you say this? I am interested. He didn’t attempt to bring his disciples to Rome where the standard of living was higher.

Standard of living for a poor immigrant was probably not higher in Rome then in Judea. 45 years later, after the rebellion, when the land was devastated by war, was different - and (in addition to Jews carried off as slaves) there were Jews fleeing Judea. Including to the city of Rome, though to other provinces as well. There were no barriers preventing them from so moving. If anything, Roman policies (persecution in Judea, relative tolerance elsewhere) encouraged Jewish emigration from Judea.

Some people never miss a change to diss the Jews.

You are refering to me. I am referring to the people who were in that Temple at that moment. You would be wrong to assume I would “diss” an entire religion based on the actions of a few. Please have more faith in people.

You can enforce immigration law without being racist. But trumpkins cannot understand that. That is why your president resorts to demagoguery.

I hope you know how to use dictionary on the internet...http://www.dictionary.com/browse/wastage?s=t

That's the crux of the divide between the left and the right on immigration. The left sees the rhetoric of the right and the inflexible, arbitrary, and punitive yet selective enforcement of law and decries the racism. The right responds that the left doesn't care about laws.

And, we need to keep making sure that number decreases.
Glad we have someone who is serious about border security.

Glad someone else started the trend without racist policies or unnecessary wastage of money. Don't you agree?

Enforcing immigration law is racist?

(Also, what's with "wastage"? The word is "waste.")

If you're going to correct someone, at least be correct.

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/wastage

Definition of wastage

: loss, decrease, or destruction of something (as by use, decay, erosion, or leakage); especially : wasteful or avoidable loss of something valuable

Examples of wastage in a Sentence

the slash-and-burn wastage of the surrounding countryside as the army made its way to the sea.

Looks like they are carrying crosses for Palm Sunday.

How do you know the people depicted are not families, by the way?

The person(s) making the original claim - that these are families - have the burden of proof.

Why? You said there aren't any children .. several of us see children. You said they are all men ... clearly there are women. You said they are all single. No idea how you get there from a picture. Even if you can see everyone's left hands, many married people don't wear rings even when they aren't poor.

Looking at the photos, where men stand with men, women standing with women, and just four maybe-children in the 2nd photo on the upper left hand corner, there does not appear to be a large percentage of families. Calling these people "central American migrant families" is like like calling the new Trump White House intern photos "White House Minority Interns" - look! there is three or four, maybe five, right there!
