Do you think I should file appeal?
No.
I think you shoukd wait, give your kid time to mature, and if the child shows a big jump in ability next year then request a retest in fourth grade. If the scores go up significantly, tyen refer again for fifth grade or middle school admittance.

NNAT: 115
Cogat: 120
GBRS: 10
Is WISC-V score correlated to Cogat? Is there a threshold WISC-V score to make it worth an appeal?

The GBRS comments and the Ratings are so conflicting. The comment says the kid is consistently doing good. Comments for all the 4 sections says our kid is a consistent top performer in the class, but the rating given are 1 or 2. It sounds more like the teacher thinks 1 is the top???The report card submitted are all almost 4.
What should be the ideal comment for 1 and 4
That would be worth asking the AART for clarification.
