The rumor with Val Kilmer is that he has some kind of neck tumor but he denies it. However, he is a Christian Scientist which means he declines most medical procedures so he may have no idea what is wrong. He is a brilliant actor but it doesn't sound like he's doing so well.
Most people who are treated for HIV would not appear unwell on the outside as long as they remain on the antivirals.

I feel like Ethan Hawke will probably develop cancer from all of his smoking. His voice has definitely been affected and it's definitely aged him.
If you sleep with Charlie Sheen, you're bound to catch something--HIV, herpes, whatever. I'm sure he's had more STDs than most working girls.

People who are HIV positivity don't look like this anymore, especially wealthy people with access to good treatment and care. In fact, one of the side effects for middle age men of being on treatment is actually weight gain, especially in the mid-section. I know many gay men 50 yo and older who have been on ARVs for years and even though they are buff as hell, they have gotten significantly thicker in the middle.

The THETOC article is just reciting Radar Online. It says "Radar points to Sheen in describing the megastar." It's all pretty much a restatement of Radar Online.
And one of his former whores (or whatever the hell they were called) came clean.
