Same here.
I want a sister wife. No sex required. Matriarchal revolution begins at home!

I understand that she gave birth to our kids and i don't expect her to get back to the weight when we got married but the extra weight is causing her medical issues that will only be helped by losing the weight. We pay for a gym membership and I have offered to get her a personal trainer but she has no interest in putting in the work. I thought it may be a depression issue but she refutes it. She says she wants to lose the weight but just lacks the motivation to it. For her health, how do I get lose the weight and get off the couch?

Or else your DH would take it personally and go nutso?
Gosh. This thread should be telling you you need a divorce.
Already got one, thank god.

Ex came home one day and told me he was no longer attracted to me and that he had his own place and a date for the weekend. It hurt, but it was the best thing for both of us.
Figure out what is psychologically going on.... Ex blamed me, said I took advantage and let myself go. He was clueless.

Create a space at home for workouts. Get weights -- a range of weights from light to heavy.
Hire a personal trainer to come to the house 3 times a week and do weight training.
Forget the gym. The gym requires commuting there and then people are all around when you feel at your most vulnerable (sweaty, struggling). I think while men find the gym motivating, women find it a motivation killer.
But your wife needs a trainer who will plan out her workouts and guide her through it. She just has to change into workout clothes.
And I suggest weights/strength training. A lot of women make the mistake of focusing on cardio. But your wife will see faster results with strength training. And when I say "results," I actually don't even mean weight loss or a number. I'm talking about feeling stronger, energized, seeing some muscle tone.
Best of luck.

You know, in all honesty, as other PPs have shared from their experiences, I doubt she will regain it. She will feel a LOT lighter once she drops the deadweight of those extra pounds AND your sorry ass! And getting some good dick from someone else![]()
Oh, so you're one of the fat and fuglies he's writing about? Typical.
Are you one the bitter, fat and fuglies my friends giggle about over brunch? The type who can never get laid and blame women for their problems?![]()
Are you one of those who cannot spell, get laid and have nothing to talk about at brunch other than giggle about other people? Lol.
