She is mentally ill, but she is not insane.

She knew what she did was wrong and that’s why she hid it. If she was truly insane, she would’ve killed the children right in front of her father.

Even if you’re mentally ill, you should be held accountable for your crimes.

If you are insane, then you go to a mental hospital.

She is a very intelligent, cold and calculated human who knows exactly what she did and she knows that was wrong and she needs to go to jail for it.

Do you think the Idaho guy should go to jail for killing all those people in that house?

Correct, Relisha and the Hoggle kids will never be found because they were like disposed in a dumpster and immediately lost to the masses. All three deserved better in life and came from mothers who should have been on birth control. Birthing kids into abuse and neglect is the root of so many problems in this country.

She was civilly committed, which takes the case out of the purview of the State’s Attorney’s Office.

The article says that she was released on the 23rd, and then the "State became aware", and they arrested her on the 1st.

This is mindboggling to me. There was no communication between the state and the hospital? Even though it was a state hospital and she was involuntarily committed?
