Layered salad. Always a hit and easy.
Peanut butter pie. Add I cup peanut butter, one cup confect angry sugar, tub of cool whip. Mix and freeze onto graham cracker pie crust for 3 hours.
Ewwwwww this is the most revolting menu.
What is layered salad?
What is your bmi, poster? This is really unhealthy gross food.
Not OP, but this is the type of thing my friends and I make for potlucks as well. Obviously it's not everyday food, but what are parties for if not eating the sinfully good foods you don't get otherwise. Also, not that it's actually anyone's business (really, asking someone's weight, how rude) but my BMI hovers between 20.2 and 20.6.
This is a seven layer salad:
http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/seven-layer-salad-10000001875432/. It's not my seven layer salad, the one I have been assigned to bring to family Christmases for the past several years, but it is the same idea.
This is basically the recipe I use for cheesy spinach dip (with a few modifications, and it never turns out as pretty when I make it)

I've never made peanut butter pie (it sounds heavenly) but I have my mom's chocolate mousse pie recipe, which sounds similar. It looks something like this

with a drizzle of raspberry or cherry flavoured sauce over the top.
Other tried and true easy potluck favourites with my family and friends include buffalo chicken dip, two-tone brownies, and Italian bread dip. Potlucks are fun, because at the end of the night you can have so many lovely new recipes (and know whose holiday desserts to avoid in the future

).
