Maybe USNA (BY the way I had no idea what that was and have never thought of as good bad or at all)?? Maybe Hopkins? Both not really ranked that highly.

You don't know what USNA is? That's... just... incomprehensible. Not just for Marylanders, but also for any person living in the US. You might want to also look up West Point and USAFA while you're at it.
The Naval Academy is absolutely not for everyone, but it's ranking is pretty irrelevant to why it's a national treasure.
We can quibble over the PPs list, and there are probably a few schools missing, but it's a decent start.
