Comments like these are so silly. I don't care what anyone thinks about my heart. And no, I really don't care about what happens on fur farms. Nor do I care about what happens on the farms or ranches from which my food comes.
I eat meat, fish, eggs, etc. I enjoy wearing wool, cashmere, silk, leather, suede, down and fur. It's a cruel world out there. These animals are not just frolicking about, living some sort of utopian existence in the wild. They're trying desperately not to be eaten alive by some other wild animal. Get over it. That is how nature works. Humans are at the top of the food chain, which is cruel by design.
Feel free to wear your polyester coat from Old Navy, and carry your pleather, I mean "vegan leather" handbag, if it makes you feel better. But I won't be joining you.
