I am not this PP, but I’m 5’8” and fluctuate between 115-125. I am 34 and have a 3 year old. It’s mostly genetics, a lot of my family members are tall and slim. I definitely get my 10,000 steps in every day through walking and light jogging, but that’s the extent of my exercise. I rarely drink alcohol or have desserts, so I’m pretty disciplined about my eating habits and I feel like that helps a lot.
