She looks sick in the last Instagram pic. Look at her upper arms.

Yikes, she's gotten gristly Madonna arms. She also looks much better as a brunette. That fake sun-in hair color does nothing for her.

I honestly don't think she will make it to 50. Her husband and her team seem super passive about how critical her disease has gotten. People give Kelly Ripa a hard time but she is at least able to retain body muscle whereas GR literally is skin and bone. Very very sad. Remind me of Karen Carpenter during her later stages.

Uh oh...her dress just split on live TV. Hope she doesn't decide she needs to drop another few.

The woman has undergone treatment for cancer and (like most of us) is no spring chicken anymore. Plus, she's got a fairly hectic schedule and a young child to take care of.

She does not look like she has an eating disorder in those earlier pictures - she looks healthy. So maybe she's ill now? I don't know...

I don't think PTSD - she was anorexic before her cancer diagnosis.

When she first started in "the industry," she was thin but cute and healthy. My guess is some dipshit told her to lose 10 lbs, and she took it to an extreme and developed a complex. Not like she *needed* to lose weight in the first place, but she seemed to have natural chipmunk cheeks on an already small body, which is pretty adorable.

On the one hand, I want to feel bad for her, because she's probably fallen victim to a lot of the hollywood pressures placed mostly on women. But now that she's "made it," and now has a young child, I just can't feel sorry for her. She needs serious help - not just for herself, but to be there for her child.

How does her body support her huge head?

Her husband is even hotter with facial hair.

I know her personally, although we have not seen each other in many years. I am 48 ...no way she is 10 years younger than me!!

Another of Giuliana back in the day. She's thin, but healthy and with a better frame.

Compare to now - sure, she's a bit older, and we all loose some youthfulness with a few more years. But this is the face (lines, sunken eyes) of someone with an eating disorder.
