OP, do you always solicit advice for every major life decision from anonymous people? Or are you just keeping this thread going so women can keep on insulting other women with different life experiences?

Why so ugly?

And my question BTW was directed at 13:42 specifically. Unless you had kids over 40 and are now in your 50s, I wasn't really asking you.

22:38 here -- because you keep baiting the haters. And yes, I am 50+, have near college-age kids and answered earlier in the thread.

What do you have to offer? You did not have a baby in your 40s.

Yes I did. I was over 40. You are a pain in the ass.

No, you are. So there.

OP, you should decide based on whether YOU want another child. Only children can be totally happy and fulfilled with that arrangement or wish they had a sib. People with sibs can love that or wish they were onlies. You never know how the personalities of another kid would "mesh" with your first and how close they will or will not be. Because of that, I tend to think you should decided based on whether YOU want another child.

8:57 since you've experienced both, is an only child significantly easier than 2? Is it a significantly harder experience for the only child not having siblings? Because of my age I am so on the fence about going for #2...
