No way would a donut have stayed in my purse for 5.5 hours, in 2012 or any year before or since. I wonder if it's still there.

Hey fellow donut lovers, did you know they have pajamas with donut prints?

We could get a pair and eat our donuts before bed and sleep with an extra in our hand, in case we get a craving in the middle of the night-- this way we're prepared.

Today only, Krispy Kreme has $5/dozen chocolate donuts when you buy a regular dozen. Two dozen donuts in hand is better than 1 in the purse. (I remember and love this thread).

I'm going to buy an extra donut tomorrow and hold it in my hand while I sleep.

Lucky you though by this time, You have probably eaten it. I loved glazed doughnuts. 7-11 has the best ones I have ever tasted. I could half-dozen without stopping. This is why I never go to 7-11

Remember when we wore purses? And went places? And bought and ate donuts for the office? Sigh. Anyway, we bought apple cider donuts in Vermont. I pulled over at a promising looking country store and the bearded trumper behind the counter sized me up in an ambivalent way. The store was full of souvenirs sized maple syrups in leaf shaped bottles and kitten mittens.i was in the wrong* place, but I didn’t feel confident backing out slowly. There were signs everywhere about hidden cameras. I was starting to feel ambivalent about my mission of getting donuts. I asked if he had any and he seemed bothered, he said he had a few in the back, but they were the plain kind with no cinnamon sugar. I didn't want him to shoot me so I bought four. They were cold and a bit leaden. My family and my dog were less than thrilled. In less than a mile we passed a tiny drunken donuts with a drive through. I bought another apple cider donut, this one with the cinnamon sugar. But no one ate it. It drove home with us for 8 hours. Then it sat in its bag in the fruit bowl, looking of despair. I started to feel bad for it. My husband ate it, I guess, to put it out if its misery. We have a Dunkin at our gas station. I might go tomorrow and get one, but maybe not.i had French toast for dinner.
