Some of my friends even remark how it is time to cover up my grey. One of my neighbors even told me not to leave the house looking that way. Geez....people are so rude.

To the PP who mixes her own color -- how do you do it? I am staring to notice a substantial change in the texture of my hair now that I color so frequently (I am 40 and have been coloring since I was 28.) Recently it has become incredibly dry and fly away. I am wondering if I'd be better off mixing my salon's color, Goldwell, at home or could it be the Goldwell?

Stylist has a lot of experience with color and experimented with permanent and semi-permanent Schwarzkopf color until finding the right combination that is true to my original color. She will apply to roots for most appts and do full head as needed. I get a lot of compliments on how soft, shiny and natural my hair looks.
