And because my show didn't not add up to her "usual $1000 or more shows" she made me and my guests feel like we were a waste of her time. S&D does have some cute stuff, some gawdy, and most over priced! I agree the parties can be fun. It's a great time to get together with friends, but when you have stylists that get pissed when the show doesn't reach a certain $ amount and makes several comments about it. Then it's ridiculous. As soon as the last order was taken my stylist literally threw her stuff in her bags and could not run out the door fast enough. She was upset that people were spending was she expected. She said I only make 25% of sales. "Your guests are being...how do I put this? Very price conscientious" "I don't want to make you feel bad but my shows are usually over $1000" What?! Why even mention any of these things to me? I would not recommend S&D to anyone like it or not! I have hosted several other parties like Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Cookie Lee and Premiere Designs and all of those hostesses were so more pleasant and friendly. Plus they never made it about money!!!!

Basically here is the deal- you are my "friend" so you are obligated to come to my "party" where I will put all sorts of pressure on you to buy crap at inflated prices or try to get you to sell so that I make money on your "sales"
With friends like these- who needs enemies?
I wouldn't want you lot as my friends. You lot sound like you resent your friends making money out of something you actually want. I am sure your friends wouldn't want you to buy if you didn't like the stuff.
Personally I really like the the jewellery and no I am not a rep and yes I enjoy the parties as well. They are fun!!

I struggled to pick ANYTHING out and so did the rest of the ladies....first and last time!! I asked if it is silver they said "no.....its really good metal but you have to clean it and keep in in a bag to maintain it". They showed me a regular black purse - for over$200 and I said "is it leather?" and she said "hmmmmm no...its synthetic but that way it is more durable"!!! OMG wow and they believe this crap is quailty.
I was asked to host a psrty as well - said ABSOLUTELY NOT - I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Gross......
