Her speech made me tear up a little. Liberty and prosperity and the statue and Bruce, oh my!

Spanberger's speech made me tear up. We've got a badass CIA agent mom in the Governor's house.

Spanberger touched on the historic nature of her victory, which will make her the first female governor, following 74 men. Her husband, she said, told their three daughters: “Your mom is going to be the governor of Virginia. I can guarantee you that those words have never been spoken before.”

FAFO Republicans. No wonder Trump was already screaming election fraud earlier today. He's not going to like any of the headlines tomorrow.

+1 California’s Proposition 50 has passed, according to The Associated Press. The ballot measure, which temporarily approves new congressional districts favoring Democrats, was pushed by Gov. Gavin Newsom as a response to Republican gerrymandering in Texas and other red states.

At least, that is my hope.
And then I pray that the pendulum will swing hard and fast back to reason.

Yep. I was hoping he'd win for exactly these reasons.

Lmao.

Oh no, NYC might enjoy the democratic socialist principles that make countries like Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Germany some of the happiest and most successful in the world! Market economies with strong social welfare programs and democratic governments!

Oh no!

What will our corporate masters think!?

Seriously. PP’s have no idea what they are talking about. The wealthiest, happiest, most stable countries in the world have socialist systems.

Thank you.

We need him to go now. Shame on these guys. I vote for Chris Murphy. He’s been leading the resistance. He was just in FL talking to voters with Warren and Kotek.

I adore Murphy & Warren.

The Virginia Governor's race got called for the Dem 30 minutes after polls closed at 7 pm. Youngkin's race wasn't called until well after midnight. These Democratic wins aren't even close tonight.

Yeah I know and I want to yell at everyone who was frustrated enough to give him another chance, but they have snapped back really quick and we need a huge motley coalition to fix this. Welcome back aboard.

That used to be normal. How far we've fallen.

Sometimes you have to let people hit bottom before they come to their senses. We're at the bottom.

Tomorrow they will report that some illegal immigrant has exceeded the speed limit as their headline. They're good at avoiding bad news for Republicans.
