Do a better job convincing people that one candidate is just a tad better than the other. When there is little daylight between them except the color of their shirts, you lose people. You *might* get people to vote for your candidate, but they will not support them. For example, voting for Spanberger is almost a guarantee that the Tyson’s casino will happen, which is NOT in the interests of Fairfax residents or businesses especially in Tysons. It will create construction jobs temporarily and we lose tech and other workers to casino workers. This doesn’t even address other issues that tend to go along with casinos.

Yes. And I haven’t heard Miyares or anyone on the R ticket condemning trump’s lawless actions including national guard use and ICE abductions of citizens. Not to mention his killing of our economy. All they talk about is transgender issues. I’m not a Jones fan - he seems to have really bad judgment about texting and hyperbolic statements. But he isn’t going to hand Virginia over to Republican mayhem.

Do a better job with your propagandizing. Yes, appealing to Democrats’ sense of moral superiority was very effective in getting them to sit out previous elections. We have all seen the disastrous consequences of those decisions. Hopefully the voters have grown up a bit and learned some pragmatism. Perfect really can be the enemy of the good when the alternative is extreme evil.
