This. They won't completely ban vaccines, just make it difficult for the poor and uninsured to get them. Rich Republicans are still going to vaccinate themselves and their children because they don't want them to die or be maimed.

- undermine schools and universities
- tank the economy and undermine the dollar

You always have to follow the money. It always seems a lot of what he does is to get some kind of financial benefit for himself or his family and friends. I think he did get some calls for him to get a Nobel prize from at least one big pharmaceutical company, but maybe that's not enough. Somebody needs to pay up and maybe they're not doing it to his satisfaction.
