IDC if you have a baby face or are petite you still look your age . Only a very small percentage of us are unicorns that can pass as 10 + years younger .
People especially waiters or cashiers are being nice when they card you or sometimes its required by law to card anyone regardless of their age so this isn't a flex .
Speak for yourself. Some of us have better genetics than others.
If you really looked younger than your age you would understand that it's also a burden. If you didn't spend your 20s getting ignored by your peers, receiving kid's menus at restaurants and arguing with people that your ID isn't fake, and yes, you really are 25, 27, 29, etc, then you do not get it. My sister and I had a hell of a time when it was supposed to be "the best time of our lives". People have always treated me like I was a teen mother, and trust me, women around here get really mean and nasty about it. I look young in a young way, not in a sexy 25 year old way.
Now my kids have the same issues.

I wonder if there is a link between mild autism and seeming to age more slowly?

Being the standard bearer for white European beauty throughout their 20s and into their 30s for some, to then crash out and look haggard in their 40s while the Black and Asian women look so much better kills because everything about white culture revolves around being better than someone else.
Troof!
Not really. My black and Asian friends all have really bad melasma and skin discoloration and can’t use lasers. Their grays show more. They actually look worse. Sorry.
Untrue...the right lasers work great on Asian skin. And good hair coloring will cover any grays on any type of hair. Just go to a dermatologist or salon that works with a lot of Asian clients.
Plus not all black and Asian people get melisma. Most don’t.
Maybe not all but solidly most
I’m in my 40s and most of my black and Asian friends don’t have melasma.
I had to google melasma and I’m laughing!
Facial discoloration like that is standard for white women at 40. Maybe they call it rosacea?
Asian and black women don’t even start showing signs of discoloration until their 60’s.
