Trump is a habitual liar so he can’t be judged by his words, only by his actions. His actions suggest that he does not worship a higher power and requires those around him to treat him like a god.
You can believe in god without "worshiping".
His words and actions, including trying to do good things to offset all of the bad stuff he's done in order to get into heaven, indicate that he does believe in god.
Only people who are in his cult or not very knowledgeable about Christianity think so. He is absolutely not offsetting the bad things he’s done. He is unrepentant and doubles down on his destructive behavior.
He may not be very successful but he is trying to do “good things” to get into heaven.
