Correct, there is no question of guilt in this case. Even the worst criminals have lines that should not be crossed. This strikes me as a case where only one party would be unhappy if prison justice was served.

I liked the Goncalvez’s sister’s statement because it seemed to be the only statement that got under his skin / made him show the tiniest of emotion. She really tore him to shreds. I bet he’s going to stew over that one for a while.

I don’t know how I would act if I was in their shoes but I do think the Goncalves are acting a little trashy.

I’m not dictating how others should feel, I’m telling you how I feel. I am morally opposed to the death penalty even though I have been victimized by a terrible crime. I think poorly of people who support the death penalty because of my moral beliefs. Go ahead and think what you think.
