Trump is not the US fool. The US belongs to you and me not trump. We have a plane for the president. We are capable of making our own Plane to replace it. If Qatar wants to give Trump this plane, give it to him after he is no longer the president of the United States. Then can give him they want.

DP but...this plane is not truly free. The government is going to have to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to completely take apart and rebuild the plane in order to secure it for service as AF1. So as a taxpayer, this is the kind of expense I'd like DOGE to take a look at.

What's more, unlike the two new Boeing planes which are long-term investments to support the office of the president, this investment is for the benefit of one person: Trump. They're saying the quiet part out loud here.
