She looks like Kate Winslet here.

She did something new to her face, right?

She's usually stunning in any clothes but this dress is incredibly boring, and looks like it's made for someone 30 years younger.

It's not a flattering dress. The eye is drawn to the area between the two belt-like strips, which is the abdomen. It somehow manages to look like a poochy belly on even the stick thin Kidman.

And there were some notable pantless concoctions.

She looks pretty good. Do you think after all these years she's at all sick of this thing? I feel like I'm sick of it and I've never even been.

She looks just like Kris

I really love this theme, but it had to be terrifying for the white people. Even most of the websites I usually go to for fashion commentary seem to be avoiding posting pics of anyone that isn't black.

Janelle Monae = best dressed for sure.

Seems like people either didn't understand the theme, didn't want to engage, or I don't get it. The third option is completely possibl, I am also so lame that I don't recognize half these people

You're not lame. In an effort to make Black artists and celebrities more visible, a lot of less-famous people were invited. Which I suppose is a good thing, especially in this current political context.

But this makes them less visible because it makes the event look like its losing its luster, as up an comer, I would want to be seen with the stars, not with just a bunch of other people like me. This generation doesn't not like to play the "game" but sometimes you have to.

There are some very famous stars, PP. You're not paying attention: Diana Ross, Janelle Monae, ASAP Rocky, etc. You might not like their music or their movies, but they're legitimately famous in their own right.

This. Huge names on the carpet if you are paying attention.

Kamala showed up too. She didn't walk the red carpet bit went to the gala. Meh. Even prefer AOC's eat the rich one this boring number. Why doesn't she speak out against what's happening?!

I actually do not think she's had surgery or filler. She's 25. I think she just does insanely heavy makeup with contouring and that's the result. She's probably a naturally pretty person but this is her "stage face" and I'm okay with that. It is probably useful to create a barrier between you and your public persona if you are in that business.

However she will almost certainly go through some phase where she looks natural and people will talk about her being more "raw" and "honest". In the end the lines always get blurred. But for someone young coming up and hitting her current levels of success, I approve of having essentially a costume she wears in public to protect herself.

Walton Goggins looks absolutely nutso

I'm liking Doechii--she worked with Pharrell who is LV creative director.

Channeling ‘70s Bianca Jagger, Zendaya arrived in a custom white silk single-breasted Louis Vuitton tuxedo with a waistcoat, silk tie, felt hat, platform pumps and flared trousers — styled, of course, by Law Roach. She killed it!!

Bad Bunny's bag and gloves--killer.
