It sounds like it a whole lot easier for coward ICE agents in plainclothes to try to get law abiding immigrants when they show up for court.
Guess that's a lot easier than going after actual gang members and criminals.

This judge acted criminally if the complaint is accurate. And, there were plenty of witnesses in the courtroom to see her actions.
No, we are defending the gd Constitution that affords DUE PROCESS to all.
I think he should be deported and I hope he is again. But it needs done the legal way. JFC, how do you not understand the difference?
if you're fine with no due process for the brown illegals, then I hope you'll be ok with no due process when it is your turn to be rounded up.
This is insane. Other than ensuring he the correct person what process is due? So if someone makes their way into our country we cannot make them leave without a time and resources consuming hearing? What about visa overstays? Hearings for them? There would be no reason to have a border or a nation-state
You can't barge in to a judge's courtroom. Wait outside. It's not hard.
Arresting judges on fake charges that will get tossed is not the way to remove illegal immigrants. I can't see why you think it would be.
They were outside.
Are you even familiar with this case at all?!
There is nothing illegal about arresting an illegal immigrant in a courthouse.
It's impolite. It's also bad policy, which some judges might care about.
There is nothing illegal about arresting an illegal immigrant somewhere else, either. There is something wrong with arresting a judge on made-up charges. That's really bad.
No, no, no.
Judges don’t get to obstruct law enforcement because the judge thinks law enforcement action is bad policy belongs to the legislature and the executive.

Or immune from ANY law, for that matter, by virtue of being a judge?
Could a judge be arrested for DUI? Or assault? Or tax evasion?
If yes, then aren’t those also authoritarianism, too?
Democrats are getting too far out over their skis here on this stuff.
But they can rape someone and be president.
Tax evasion? Sure why not? Trump didn’t serve any jail time for 34 counts
So if they come to serve Trump a warrant for rape, and a Judge sends him out the back door because of his beliefs, that’s cool right?

Dumb comment.
Officials use more than just a nationality or tattoo to identify gang members.
What YOU don't understand is just how many gang members and criminals the Biden administration admitted to this country. Not only admitted, but invited. Many of them came in from the CHNV parole program under Biden. Hell, they even had to pause the program because they found there was an immense amount of fraud.
Biden did so much to damage our country. It is going to take years to repair it.

In reality is that she allegedly hid an illegal from ICE in her office and misdirected ICE away from a lawful arrest. That IS absolutely obstruction.
That isn’t what happened if you actually read the complaint. She didn’t hide anyone. So as to not disrupt her courtroom, which she has full purview over, she had the defendant go through a side door to the hallway. ICE could have taken him in the hall- they admitted seeing him there, but didn’t, opting to make this move to arrest the judge. It is all a show and highly dangerous for our republic.
She bypassed the public area by taking him out a restricted jury’s door.
ICE literally saw him in the hall, likely waiting for the elevator and chose not to apprehend him. He was in public eye for plenty to of time to do so. The allegation that she hid him or bypassed anything is specious at best.
Not only did they see him in the hall, they rode down the elevator with him! The entire alleged "crime" was allowing the guy to go out a side door instead of the main door.
Where is your citation for this information?
From what I heard, there was another ICE agent present whom the judge was unaware was there, saw what was going on when the judge left the courtroom, informed the ICE agents whom the judge directed to talk to the chief judge, and the ICE agents then had a foot race with the illegal alien in order to arrest him.
It is in the complaint. There apparently was a footchase, but it is clear there were multiple opportunities to arrest him well before that because he literally rode down the elevator and then walked out of the courthouse standing next to one of the DEA agents.
"At approximately 8:50 a.m., DEA Agent A alerted other members of the arrest team that DEA Agent A was on the elevator with
Flores-Ruiz."

So what?
So there's no actual crime here. She let the guy exit from a side door. That's it. She didn't "hide" him or "sneak him out" or anything. The guy went out a side door of the courtroom and then into the public hall where they could have arrested him at any time, but for whatever reason decided to follow him outside until he started running and they had to chase him.
Yeah, no. The complaint alleges:
1. LEOs had agreed to wait in public hallways and effectuate the warrant after the judge’s proceedings.
2. The judge directed the target and his attorney to exit through a nonpublic area and had seated the defendant in the jury box.
3. The complaint alleges that she expedited her proceedings to try to rush the defendant out of the courtroom before the LEOs could return.
She did not have to permit them to carry out the admin warrant in her courtroom, but she cannot obstruct the LEOs, either. I guess I should be surprised, but pretty wild to see anybody defending the allegations.
