Unfortunately for us all, there is no cure for dementia. It is clear that Trump is not well.

Exactly when Biden was no longer up to the job is not relevant to the health of our republic right now. I don’t see either the 25th amendment or Congress being up to using the tools they have at their disposal to move Trump out of office. We are in deep trouble and all the tax cuts and deportations in the world are not going to help us.
