Until the 2022 midterms, District 50 had only ever gone to Democrats by huge margins. It was so completely Democrat that Republicans didn't bother fielding a candidate until they saw how weak Biden was in 2022. In 2022, the Democrat got 60% of the votes, but in 2020, the Dem got 97.5% of the votes; in 2018, the Dem got 98.5% of the votes; and in 2016, the Dem got 100% of the votes.
All the more proof that there was vote tampering. The lawsuit in New York is being allowed to move forward, so hopefully this will get traction in other states as well.
