Try the big universities in the middle of the country: Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Kansas, Kansas State, Nebraska, Texas Tech, Iowa State. All have pretty campuses, adequate academics, famous names, good facilities, rabid alumni, fun atmospheres, & high acceptance rates.

I just want to know what no name school that OP's daughter goes to (assuming this isn't a troll). Based on OP's post - I would be willing to be the no name is just fine.

Northeastern, Georgetown, UCLA, Tulane, UVA, Wake Forest, William and Mary, USC (dream school), UCSD, Irvine, UT Austin, UFlorida, Georgia, BostonU, BostonC

They don't want your daughter!!!!!! Rejected three times means not a single one of these schools wants your daughter in any way. They might actively not want her.

Time would be better spent making connections and enjoying where she is rather than stressing over more applications to where she's been denied repeatedly.
