He's definitely wrong about 95% of everything but he did not get to where he is today by being a 100% moron. He just didn't. How much of that 5% about him is a genius? Because he is on some level a genius. Say what you will about him, he won 2x and got off free having committed a bunch of crimes and as disgusting and horrible a monster he is, he is just got elected President of the US. So you know - something is there.
He may be right on a number of fronts. Maybe not totally correct in his approach or execution but what he is right about, Dems better hope that he's more lucky than correct or his successes may guarantee GOP 2028 sweeps. Be careful what you wish for is how the saying goes..
I read what he said about a couple foreign affairs' decisions today and I admittedly, I think he's right. I don't know that Biden did much better than him in many ways. Maybe Trump is just the luckiest guy ever. But I'd rather follow lucky than good.
He got to where he is by being a conman and quasi mobster. That doesn't mean he isn't smart on some level, but where it comes to being a president and governing and negotiating for something beyond personal gain, he is a moron. Just ask most of the people who worked for him in the first administration.
Neocons and TV generals that cant win wars in 20 years arent exactly the brightest government workers around either. Pence wanted to electrocute gays and force raped girls to keep babies as part of a national practice. Who cares what hacks like Pence, Haley, Pompeo, Gen. Mattis say?
Democrats should see the philosophical alignment with anti war and pro Medicare Trump. Trump worked with Bernie Sanders on legislation and pushed Ted Cruz to support lowering the cost of insulin from Canada. He's done lots that Big Pharma and Big War that run the media hate.
He chose Pence as his running mate. He has really terrible judgement.
He didn't choose Pence. Paul Manafort chose Pence and Trump agreed.

To bad democrats were so stupid.
Who shut down the bi-partisan border bill?
And...border crossings are at 2019 levels. Did you complain about them in 2019 when trump was president?
It turns out to have been smart for Trump to block the border bill, because now he gets a better bill.
Also, border crossings are down only because Biden issued executive orders to ramp up enforcement. It is too bad he didn’t issue those EOs sooner instead of spending the last 4 years lying, claiming that he did not have the power to enforce the border.

Even when terrible things happen due to Republican administrations and their hatred of government, people don't connect the dots.
I get that it feels good to think you know better and that eventually people will see what a hellscape they've created, but they won't. Things will just be worse and someone in the future will blame Dems for things Republicans did. So, fight like hell for the scraps of civility we have left, friends. No one is going to fix it all and hand it to us on a silver platter.
Amen. Until people start realizing that most of what ails society today is a direct result of Reagan/Bush policies, we will never get anywhere. I still cannot fathom how even some Dems still think old Ronnie was a great President
I have difficulty with your ignorance. Reagan and Bush were REPUBLICANS and Democrats did not vote for Reagan or either Bush.
Of course, they did. Remember the term 'Reagan Democrats?'
Did not the Reagan Democrats convert to today's Republicans?
