We don’t need partisanship but impartiality in politics again but it seems that is impossible these days. Trump made a nice pick with Gaetz and in fact, his next one may be a hyper partisan Uber conservative nutjob so once again the Dems shot themselves in the foot supporting Republican Congress and Senators in letting him go. Why? He would’ve made a very progressive attorney general in many political regards
He's barely even practiced law. How would he make a good AG?
+1 unfit for AG + he’s a pervert and pedo. His damaging file will eventually be revealed at some point.
Welp, now you got Pam!![/quote
So you thought that Gaetz was bad for the deep state...now you'll see what happens with Pam Bondi...
No person of integrity would ever want to work for Trump so whoever Trump picks is going to be corrupt, sleazy and pathetic...But I'll take that without a side of pedophile sex trafficker. Or is being a sexual abuser a prerequisite for a cabinet position? Plenty to pick from amongst MAGA if so....

This is the absolutely most stupid timeline. Ugh. At least he already resigned from Congress.
Not so fast. He will be appointed to Rubio s Senate seat.

Washington and Wall Street rejoice!
Smear campaign? Personally responsibility. Consequences for your actions.
Truth campaign is what took Gaetz down. He is a total sleazeball.
Still a smear campaign. What does it matter that he's a sleezeball? Trump won, so he should get whatever sleezeball he wants.

Gaetz is very liberal. Why would he have a problem? He’s pro abortion, gay friendly, and supports anti trust legislation, and marijuana legalization. That’s why the Republicans in the House and Senate hate him. He’s not a partisan dyed in the wool Republican. He dissents from the gang all the time
haha no it's not over ideological issues that they hate him
How is he any different than Joe Biden who voted to confirm Clarence Thomas during his investigation? Biden went against the Democratic investigation. Similarly Gaetz didn’t support McCarthy.
Big deal. Republicans shouldn’t have held that against him. The partisan deadlock in Washington is part of the problem. Trump just selected three-four former Democrats, Vance, RFK, Tulsi, Gaetz. The Dems should be happy Trump isn’t choosing a bunch of Ted Cruzes or Ronald Reagans to run government. Trump is running to the left with these picks which the dumocrats should like
