I’m going to vote for the person who isn’t Trump. But there’s no way the media should have ignored the debate performance. It was truly alarming.
I watched cable news tonight. They are spending a lot more airtime on Biden’s debate performance, polling about Biden, who might succeed Biden than the recent blockbuster SC cases. It’s absurd.
The President represents a whole branch of the government. Each SCOTUS ruling no matter how awful (and they’re awful) is one part of a branch of the government. They have to cover the debate performance.
If a second debate happens and Biden really performs and the media doesn’t cover it, then yes I will see them as complicit. But even before the media coverage, people watching the debates were texting each other absolutely horrified. I don’t think the media is applying that horror I think they’re reporting what people really do want to know.

Same for Trump.
Similar, perhaps, same certainly not.
Trump is younger and in much better shape, physical and cognitive.
The guy who needed a golf cart instead of walking with every other world leader 6 years ago? The guy who thinks post birth abortions happen? The guy who speaks at a fourth grade level and is obese?
Are you getting paid by the GOP or a foreign adversary?
Hi Dembot, I, like tens of millions around the globe, simply watched the debate last week.
Did you?
Trump had more energy for sure but every other sentence that came out of his mouth was an outright lie.

I’m a democrat
My dad’s a democrat
My brother’s a democrat
My mom’s a democrat
We all got on the phone Friday morning. None of us had bothered listening to pundits and spin doctors. We all said the same thing.
“He’s not with it. He’s too old. He needs to step aside”
We saw what we saw, so miss me with your media talking points.
That is not the question. You need to choose trump or Biden. If you sit it out, you are not protecting your family. My family will be much better off under Biden so I need to try to give them that. If you want the con artist, then choose trump and protect your family from Biden.
Most of it comes down to this: use of a teleprompter vs. no use of a teleprompter
Cognitive decline, especially in the early stages, is a processing issue. Not as much a reading one.
How do you know your family will be “protected” under Biden? Do you know the names of the people running Biden’s office and responsible for the decisions coming from his office? No. You trust people you don’t even know the names of to protect your family? That’s not what rational people do. You are blindly trusting unknown people to do something you are responsible for.
Rational people trust administrations that have rational people running it.
The Trump administration will not have rational people running it. Trump's picks were all horrible, and it was a revolving door of sleazeballs, grifters and outright sociopaths and vicious people like Steve Bannon and Stephen Miller.
How is propping up a half dead man and committing fraud scandal on an international level - one so big they'll write books about and make movies….. Rational?! They are the dictators and you love it! Tell me what to do, faceless people.
He isn't half dead. After the debate he went to a rally and sounded great. After that, he went to a Waffle House and mingled with people and sounded great.
He then went to North Carolina and gave a speech and sounded great.
People can see these things with their own eyes. Yes, he was pretty bad for parts of the debate, but he didn't tell 600 or whatever lies and he doesn't want to evolve our republic into a christo-fascist state.

You’re really going to continue with the gaslighting, I see. Best of luck.
He sure didn't seem all that "impaired" during his rebuke of the SCOTUS immunity decision tonight. More lucid and coherent than Trump any day of the week.
Sorry but there's no "gaslighting" when there's video that we can all see with our own two eyes.
Those teleprompters sure make the difference, huh?![]()
Or maybe it’s because he didn’t have to respond to a firehouse of lies every two minutes.
