Hundreds of billions of dollar printed. Crap like that causes inflation and the dollar to be worth less, thus higher prices.

You spend 500 a week to feed a family of three? WTF are you eating?

Organic, farm raised meat and vegetables. We don’t eat at restaurants and I make 3 meals a day.

Family of three here. We are what I would consider high spenders on food. We are price-insensitive and will always continue eating what we like (more or less what you name), regardless of price. In some specialty areas--coffee, olive oil, spices--we have higher-end subscriptions to things we think are particularly high-quality.

WITH alcohol in our food budget, we couldn't get to $500/week. You are either counting things as "food" many things that are actually household goods or you are drinking a lot or you are bullshitting here. Maybe all three.
