Sorry, hon. Normal people eat. What people on Ozempic consume is neither healthy nor normal. They are not eating enough and not getting enough nutrients. I know plenty and after awhile they’re healthy look takes a sickly turn.

Not true. I’m on. I eat better than I used to. It makes you stop and pause and eat w consideration, not grabbing to stuff your face.

I think people who are truly overweight, who have responsible doctors who aren’t dosing them too high, and who have day to day regular responsibilities and can’t deal with the side effects of high doses are on Ozempic and using it to eat and be healthy. I’m on it—when I first started and just was so thrilled to be getting the weight off, I wasn’t being healthy. Now, a year in, I’m on the minimum dose that quiets food noise and helps me make better choices and eat like a normal person. I will say— this was my doing, not my doctor’s. She would have happily increased my doses and watched me waste away, with no attention to my diet.

The point is when they refer to only the non-medicated actions (diet and moderate exercise) they push a narrative that: It’s easy for you to do this the same as me

Pushing consumer spending on apps or other products is Evil if they don’t admit glp1 use. Dishonest.

Because we'd all love to lose 5-100+ lbs. When a celebrity suddenly drops 4 sizes (Mindy Kaling, ex.) and says, "I switched up my exercise routine and I now eat 5 small meals a day", we all know it's B.S. Just tell the truth.

Agree. You know they’ve had access for years to the best health chefs, dieticians, supplements, exercise routines and coaches. They’ve already tried.
So when they say, “I just walked,” that could be half true.. they took medication ..and walked.

It’s funny when they try to act like the things that didn’t work before (exercise and diet) are now working. Suddenly!

Did she mean lost count of how much weight put on bc of menopause? Maybe that’s what she said and the papers misquoted!

Nope it was on the show. She actually said menopause helped her lose weight! lol.
