Yes Russia is anti Semitic. I have no doubts Putin is one. Why wouldn’t he be? You know who else has rampant anti Semitism and neo Nazism in government though? Ukraine.

Ukraine has a literal NeoNazi unit in their army called the Azov battalion. Not only do we support them and give them weapons but one of the Azov fighters even was invited to Israel last year, a trip that many Jewish people took huge issue with rightfully so.

If this doesn’t show what kind of smarmy person Zelensky is, I don’t know what will. America knights a guy a saint or a god once we are sending them money and it’s very strange to me. The same thing happened with Hamid Karzai and others. Our crusaders for justice and democracy aren’t so heroic after all.. They’re flawed and we should have a more realist worldview of international politics or at least follow the Obama and Trump doctrine of understanding bad guys exist and bad things do happen. It’s not our job to overreact and encourage wars all over the place. This war would be over if we weren’t sending aid . We would be able to fix our own depleted army for a change .

Not in this case. Most of the money would stay in the U.S. where defense companies and their workers would get paid to make stuff that helps Ukraine fight off the Russian invasion.

Most of our arms get stolen or sold to our enemies. Ukraine will sell those arms to Russia just like Israel sold our arms to China without our consent a few years ago. Please learn that grifters take advantage of how stupid our leaders are. I know people here dislike Trump but he isn’t lying about this. He’s a grifter himself so he knows the grift better than anybody else which is why he’s so adept at calling it out . This guy Zelensky is not trustworthy . He reminds me of Hamid Karzai (remember him?) Of course not. He was the supposed crusader of democracy for Afghanistan. We supported him so much . Half of the military aid we gave him ended up with the Taliban. How did this happen? Washington wonders

Blame Cheney's crowd. Oh, right - he was a Republican.

Got news pumpkin. MLRS', M1's and F-16's were all the rage ..... in the 1980's. Do a little homework before making uneducated and uninformed comments.

I am not a Republican nor a Democrat anymore . Look at how you guys respond to comments. It might as well be tyrannical Russia. Freedom of speech and different opinions get finger wagging accusations of being Russian trolls. This is insane.

Nobody’s bothered to retort substantively. US engineered arms are often sold or sent to our enemies and end up in their grips so our military ends up fighting enemies with the same supply. If you don’t know that by now after the umpteenth war, I don’t know what to tell you pumpkin .

The foreign and military aid we give to these countries comes with zero oversight by our officials. We just give weapons all Willy nilly to any Tom Dick or Harry while people in the US struggle to get lawmakers to pass the simplest legislation for the middle class

This is nonsense. If what you claim is true then Russia would be at the Ukrainian front fighting with misappropriated M-1's and Bradleys and so on. Hezbollah would be firing HIMARS at Israel.

If it’s collapsing, then we don’t need to send Ukraine aid. Let’s pack this thing up and hit the road

Your lame argument does not pass the sniff test, Vlad. I think it's time for you to pack this Putin-propping propaganda thing up and hit the road.

You do realise the same year the US joined WW1, Russia had a revolution and subsequently quit? And the Soviet Union cooperated with Nazi Germany, invading Poland in WW2, until they were double crossed?

Russia didn’t have far to fall. Only 22.6% of Russians have indoor plumbing.

He's not wrong though that ethnic Ukrainians would be better off under Russian rule.

Better off in a zinc box, you mean? Under Russian rule Ukrainians would be purged and they know it. That's why the Ukrainians will never capitulate and that's why Russia will never "win". They've burned hatred into the hearts of this Ukrainian generation, and it could last for several generations if the Russian Government continues this path. It will become more like the European version of Israel vs Palestine.

But I wouldn't worry too much. Russia has insufficient troops to occupy Ukraine. It also has less population to maintain current Russian borders, with the Russian Far East more likely to fall under Chinese influence by the day. Without the Far East or resources exploited in Ukraine, Russia will be in a tight spot. They're alone, and know it.

Fear and propaganda to control Russian citizens isn't working anymore. Each day Russia moves closer and closer to losing control. Russia is in the middle of winter, with only a few weeks before the Russian elections. The Russian military hasn't made significant gains over the past year. Even internal sabotage is becoming commonplace. This is this past week's damage:

"A Moscow factory that manufactures MiG fighters is on fire"
https://www.yahoo.com/news/moscow-mig-fighter-factory-ablaze-144100163.html

"A fire broke out at the Ilsky oil refinery in Russia's southern Krasnodar region"

"Russia’s largest oil refinery, which supplies half of Moscow’s fuel needs, has erupted in flames."

"powerful explosion was reported in Russia's Udmurt Republic at a weapons plant that produces nuclear weapons components and ballistic missiles"

"The regulator meets on Friday to review its rates policy"
https://www.themoscowtimes.com/2024/02/14/russias-high-inflation-persists-in-january-data-a84082

What if...

Now imagine if a Russian hard-liner goes rogue, or Chechnya splits from Moscow and pulls out their barrier troops, or if Poland decides it's time to enter into the conflict? If there's this much fear in Russia now, just imagine if something else happens?
