She has two expressions that she keeps switching back and forth from. It’s especially comical next to Jodie Foster. I can’t believe this is an HBO show. And why or why did HBO label this as True Detective and get my hopes up even more?
I’ve started watching Monsieur Spade on AMC instead. The acting, the writing, the directing are all so better and what I would expect from a high quality detective.
This isn't an airport, no need to announce your departure.
It’s comments like yours that make me think PR people have infiltrated this board. The whole point is to discuss opinions. Wanting to stop watching a show is one of them.
Heh I promise PP is not a PR person. Your comments just don't really contribute much. You also don't need to hop on threads about celebrities you don't know, to say you don't know them but you do like these other celebrities.

Jodie Foster is going a great job of playing a very unlikeable person (PP was right, not sure why other posters got so worked up about that opinion) and the other cop Evangeline is IMO more likable. Both are great actresses. I had never heard of Kali Reis before this but she’s pretty good.
So one of them executed a guy while on a dv call and I can't guess which one.

Anonymous wrote:I’m concluding that Navarro is now starting to experience delusions like her sister and mother did. Navarro seems like the more resourceful cop (was able to find where the Talalal engineer was) and is better at speaking and questioning people where as JF seems completely anxious and flustered when someone doesn’t immediately cede to her authority (how she interacts when children are involved vs when she finds Adam in the nomad camp).
I read there is a connection between the source of the funding of Talal and the source of the private schools in LA during season 1.
