He literally was in New York to talk about a new Micron factory getting chip funding that will bring thousands of jobs to New York and a reporter said, but aren’t you going to repeal chips of Trump is elected and he said yes.

You understand this isn't an authoritarian regime right? Money is provided to states who then provide it to counties who then put our RFPs for the implementation. Each one require local zoning and other permit reviews. It takes time.
