I hate confrontation so while I should say something to him instead I've changed my workout schedule so as to avoid him, Problem is, he just about lives there and is there what seems to be 24/7. Now I'm getting more pissed about it because I'm going to the gym today and I know he's going to be there.
He literally looks all three of these dbags.

I find these petty, and I roll my eyes at myself for thinking they’re petty, but here we are.

Mine is more specific than this. I don't mind these terms when people are actually with their kids, or if I'm speaking directly to someone and they refer to their kid as their "little" or "little one" or themselves as "mommas." Like if it's just a term of endearment and part of their interaction with their kid, it doesn't bother me at all, it can even be sweet.
But I hate hate hate when people do this on DCUM or on our neighborhood list serve, like "We are selling a pair of size 10T natives in light blue/navy -- my little loved these last summer but is getting so big so fast! -- Kaitlynn's Momma." You sound like an idiot. Not that I think men set the standard for how to talk, but can you imagine a dad addressing other dads with that kind of speech? No. Because if you are an adult speaking to other adults, you need stop using the toddler-speak and terms of endearment and whatever and just use normal speech.
Also hate use of "hubby" and "hubs" in the same way. Totally fine if that's your terms of endearment for your husband, I won't judge, but I find it super weird if you text me with "what should we bring on Saturday -- the hubs and I will be running late after the littles' swim class!" His name is David. Those are your children. Just stop.
I am the PP and you nailed it. That’s how I feel as well. We should go find a porch, drink some margaritas, and be grumpy together.

Why should you get a reward for doing literally the only right and legal thing?! Waves are for “you didn’t have to let me merge or change lanes, but you did, so thank you.” Do you also wave at everyone who stops at a red light? Do you wave at everyone who stops for a school bus? A wave is not for “you obeyed the law and the rules of the road,” a wave is for when you did something you didn’t HAVE to do. Unbelievable.

What's the benefit of Whatsapp?
Messages in WhatsApp are totally optional to view and do not require a response. If a group wants to yammer all day and share photos of their lunch (looking at you, college friends), then you can safely ignore the app altogether unless you want to see what the group is chatting about.
A group text is more like, hey college friends, I want to plan a trip; or hey college friends, big news, we’re moving to LA. Group texts are still texts, so they require more attention and more response than just people incessantly talking about nothing on WhatsApp.
