Sure, but mostly the external relations component - thinking of possible alumni to introduce you to if they happen to have them, making connections with those schools, attending their events for PSDs etc. all activities help lay a foundation. My PSD hadn’t spoken to most of the Admissions teams of the schools I was exploring while the bigger preschools have ongoing conversations.
