That $15 an hour includes tips!
No it doesn’t. In California waiters make $16hr+ before tips. Gtfo with your 25% tip screen. No.

If they paid $20 an hour, I would take an hour to pick out your tylenol at cvs and deliver to you while I'm dragging a kid I'm babysitting along. Little common sense, please.
All you are saying that you are terrible at both of your jobs. Does your employer know you are moonlighting with their child?

Good for you?
I say good for the PP. Having someone do your grocery shopping each week amounts to either laziness, entitlement, or a mix of both.
OK, so my elderly, disabled parents-who tip well-are lazy and entitled. Not unable to physically get around the store, or needing to eat ever...

Anonymous wrote:I really don’t understand this. Door dashers know people don’t tip. Why would you choose this line of work and then complain? If you want a guaranteed tipping job, go be a waiter.

This makes practically no difference, in my experience.
Truth is, many of these delivery services are just horrible business models.
It honestly makes zero difference in a big city. I’ve ordered 100+ times and never left a tip. Got my order last night in 35 mins. Maybe in a small town they can have imaginary lists of people who don’t tip, but not in a big city.

Can’t shop for ourselves anymore. Can’t even pick up the food we order for takeout anymore.
And then we complain about it.
Pathetic.
