That’s not what Biden said, honey. Your made up scenario is irrelevant.

You see, Biden’s cooperation, disclosure, blah blah blah does NOT change the fact that the mere taking of classified documents is a CRIME.
The *taking* is the crime. Biden committed that crime. Trump committed that crime.
Now, DOJ might choose to charge one and not the other for political reasons or out of a belief one is more culpable than the other. However, that does NOT change the fact that BOTH Biden AND Trump committed crimes by taking classified documents.
Also, one doesn’t inadvertently just wander off with classified information. It isn’t kept mingled with the instruction manual for the printer and copies of the office fire safety plan. BOTH took classified documents on purpose.
You got a citation for that crime, sport? The one that requires no knowledge or intent?

I'm as Dem as they come and not making any excuses. I want a full investigation, consequences and reform.
And it is nonetheless true that hoarding docs, refusing to give them back, ignoring a subpeona etc. is much more egregious. If Biden does those things, LOCK HIM UP. If Hunter had access to the docs? BOTH of them should receive the appropriate penalty under the law.
See how easy that is to say? Because unlike you I don't worship a flawed human being who is temporarily in charge of our exec branch. I'm not going to compromise my standards - and the nation's well being - for one guy.
Trump defenders, where are you? Respond to the bolded.

Trumps were actually more secure, in a locked room, with secret service people around.
And they were setting up a date/time to give them back securely but FBI raided anyway. Better optics for the Dems

Trump no longer leads polls for the R primary. He lost to Biden, a man who campaigned from his basement and often refused to articulate a position on basic political issues.
Can’t wait for more to come out.

You realize these are documents from when he was VP right? Then a private citizen for 4 years. The VP has zero authorization to have these.
Presidential records act protects Trump. VP Biden did criminal acts. Trump wins again. He always ends up right about everything .
