Me too. Once you’re out of the wine habit, you can cut down on the chocolate. I’ve done this before. I start adding in regular snacking foods with chocolate. Like a banana, cashews, Clementine, small amount of yogurt and granola, or peanut butter. Whatever I like well enough. Then I cut that out. I don’t mind not losing weight or not being super healthy for a while. Goal one for me is to cut out alcohol. Goal two is replace and the stop the evening snacking, which can be later.
