I made Mississippi pot roast and served it over spaghetti. It was fabulous!

My family loves Smithfield pork tenderloin in the crockpot with mashed potatoes and dinner rolls. And roasted broccoli and cauliflower.

I was inspired by this thread to make Sunday dinner. I kept it simple with Ina's recipe for roast chicken, mashed potatoes, and sugar snap peas. I make cupcakes from a mix and real frosting for dessert. It was so good and I made enough for leftovers for tonight.

I plan to continue. My kids and DH loved the idea. DH did all the clean up and some of the prep. We laughed that it reminded us of our old pre-kid days when we loved to cook together.
