I really don’t believe they minded violence so long as they were successful and quickly. When it became clear that the coup wasn’t successful almost instantly, they had to backpedal. I think Officer Goodman saved the country in a specific, pivotal moment and had he not led them away, the coup would have succeeded.



I hope that in the long run this country make it though, so that Officer Goodman and others who behaved so bravely on that day are fittingly honored on the list of American heros.

Of course she is. Her doing the right thing today does not mean that she doesn’t have the same beliefs as the rest of them.

He was cooperating with the committee briefly at the beginning but then stopped. Then they needed to subpoena him and I think they referred him for contempt of congress for not testifying? The fact that DOJ has not indicted him for that, like they did with Bannon, indicates he might be cooperating.

Yes, but look in the wings at the next round the Republicans are sending out. MTG sells a lot better than any GOP who has any integrity.

I NEVER EVER thought I say this. Liz Chaney deserves to be President…whether you agree or disagree with her beliefs she is by far the most honorable member of our govt BY FAR.
