She has maintained the school's many great traditions post-Covid, the school's kids continue to have generally very high test scores, and she has worked hard to improve scores for populations that have not tested highly. She is visible, communicates well, and clearly cares about the students. I am curious what she's done that people so dislike they're taking the time to criticize her on this board.

Yet another Stacy!
How specifically is she great? We’ve found her to be horrible in her interactions with many students (not just ours) and worst of all, dishonest.
So DCUM: dig up an old thread to air grievances!
Or to update fellow parents on the current situation at the school. Not sure why you would oppose. 🤔
Not the OP but I suggest you start a different thread for that. This thread is about praising/acknowledging good principals.

There are six schools which share the initials "CES"
Clarksburg ES.

Yes! I worked with Patrick Scott at another school, and he was great with both teachers and parents. His enthusiasm and compassion are not an act, it's legitimately how he is.
+2 he is great

Anonymous wrote:I have a friend at Bells Mill and they are miserable with their principal including that she’s not even from this area and seems not to understand MoCo and her schools community in general. I trust her judgment on many things so I’d take note of this.
