Dense areas are likely to have gangs. If you want to avoid them- try a place like Poolesville. There are plenty of other areas like that but I'm not going to get into it because people on here will get on my case.

yes, where there is poverty and density, there is crime. MoCo has more lower income people living in a densely populated area than FFX. MoCo is huge, but half of it is sparsely populated.

But that doesn't negate the fact that VA also has a gang issue, which is why they have an inter-county gang task force.
