I really don’t like the house but the color of the plumbing fixtures is an easily understood cost. Idk for a house this size, to replace all the hardware might cost $5-15k and an afternoon or two for a handyman? It’s not insignificant but it should hardly be a major factor. That would be like not buying a house because you didn’t like the paint color or whatever.
