Dem here as well. I actually supported shutting things down early on. But, the data no longer supports it. Florida/Georgia/Louisiana, etc are starting to gain a lot of positive press that the media will start paying attention rather than hear another sob story from Chris Cuomo, highlighting the doom and gloom of it all.


I'm a Democrat and a new Yorker....

It's all really confusing to me ( cuomos policy), since we have seemingly flattened the curve, and hospitals are no longer overwhelmed.

but on the bright side the number of hospital admissions and intubations has fallen drastically...!

My neighborhood was a real Hotspot and I thankfully barely hear ambulance sirens anymore (at one point it was several times an hour)
