Maybe she also hit him but unless he landed in his head and miraculously had no other impact injuries from her big SUV, this doesn’t make sense.

I say the medical evidence is clear that he wasn’t struck by a vehicle and that tells me more than any panicking gibberish she may have been uttering before he was found.
It’s not really clear he wasn’t clipped. It is clear he wasn’t hit directly which the prosecution never claimed.
I disagree. The evidence is clear that he wasn’t clipped by a vehicle either. If he was clipped with enough force to propel him onto the lawn, it would have caused distinctive injuries. The defense experts testified about “clipping” scenarios. If her vehicle clipped him gently, he doesn’t end up on the lawn. If her vehicle clips him at 25 mph, he ends up on the lawn with massive bruising and fractures from the impact. The commonwealth was also unable to recreate a scenario where he gets clipped with enough force to break the taillights but doesn’t sustain tell-tale injuries.

Sure, he may have done this but pretending this was standard police procedure is a total lie, and indicates he was destroying his device for some reason other than just wanting to protect his sources or whatever he was claiming was on his phone legitimately.
Come on. There’s a tech person in every police dept that wipes devices or destroys them when they are obsolete. Police don’t individually decide how to handle information. It is regulated.
This PO dept was a total farce and anyone saying she was acquitted because of her lies and turtle boy blah blah is not facing reality.
I personally believe they had a fight in the house and dumped him outside or something along those lines, but I really don’t know.
What I do know, is that the police and that group were shady liars.

The owner of the house destroying a SIM card and his cell phone at two different trash receptacles at a military base is not a “conspiracy.” It is a documented fact to which he testified in court.
Correct. He and Brian Higgins both did this - and they had been disposing of their phones and SIM cards this way for years due to the sensitive nature of information on their phone. The proliferations of lies and distortions from Turtle Boy and FKR people really is something to behold.
I attribute it to the overall lack of trust in institutions and police in general now. Proctor certainly made it worse and was the reason she was acquitted.
You are such a butt liar or just as dumb as you accuse the KR conspiracy supporters of being.
I work around data security. No police dept just lets their employees randomly decide how to destroy or delete sensitive info, and lets them do this in a random bin. There are specific regulatory and compliance tech standards for safe deletion of data. Just stop being such a lying moron. Enough

Movie rights, book(s), maybe even a reality show or two. Podcast, become a motivational speaker for how to Live Your Truth. She’ll be more than fine.
Now that she is out of criminal jeopardy, her very next task is to sit for a deposition in the civil wrongful death suit that is pending against her and which will bankrupt her in perpetuity just as happened to OJ Simpson. Whatever book (do her cult followers read?), movie, docuseries or other media rights she sells, the proceeds will be putting John's niece and nephew through the colleges of their choosing etc.
Karen put money in a trust for the kids to go to college so they are all set there.
I think Paul needs to get a job and Peggy needs therapy.
I’m fairly new to this case
Who are P and P?
What trust?
Prior to JOK’s death, there was money set aside for JOK’s niece and nephew. Karen helped JOK set the money aside in safe investment so that the money would be there for future use. She is not on the accounts (never was).
Paul is JOK’s brother and Peggy is his (their) mother.
Peggy fought JOK in the courts for years for custody over the kids and stopped speaking to JOK when he won custody.
Wait? The kids parents are alive? Why did JOK have custody then?
